氨基甲基化聚苯乙烯樹脂是由交聯(lián)聚苯乙烯根據(jù)高度優(yōu)化的方案通過直接氨基甲基化反應(yīng)在內(nèi)部制備的。通過我們的工藝生產(chǎn)的樹脂是化學(xué)定義的、均勻的,并且沒有任何來自功能化工藝的額外交聯(lián)。使用酰胺鍵形成的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法,氨基甲基化的聚苯乙烯樹脂可以容易地用任何合適的含羧酸的連接體酰化,以提供用于固相有機(jī)合成的載體。

Aminomethylated polystyrene resins are prepared in-house from crosslinked polystyrenes by a direct aminomethylation reaction according to highly optimized protocols. Resins produced by our process are chemically defined, homogeneous and free from any additional crosslinking from the functionalization process. Aminomethylated polystyrene resins can easily be acylated with any appropriate carboxylic acid-containing linker using standard methods of amide bond formation to furnish supports for solid phase organic synthesis.
